How to talk to your child about gender identity and sexuality.

Join us for a Parent Roundtable - April 30th from 4:30-6:00 pm at St. Andrews

The roundtable discussion will center on gender identity and sexuality. Children are constantly exposed to sexualized media, and the LGBTQ+ community has entrenched themselves in their movies, schools and social media. We are asking the question, what is behind this agenda? Rens and Tanya will shed light on how we arrived at this situation and the motivations behind it. Our focus will be on finding ways to keep God at the center of our families and safeguard our children from agenda driven ideologies. Together with the correct information, and good roundtable discussions I believe we help each other learn how to protect and lead our families well.

About the speakers:

• Tanya is a marriage and family therapist associate with the Genesis Family Foundation where she enjoys helping families, children, teens, and couples heal and thrive, all through a biblical worldview.  Tanya's passion is working with individuals who have experienced trauma and those struggling with their identity. 

• Rens is an addiction recovery coach who enjoys working with teens and adults that are struggling with sex/pornography or substance abuse addictions. His main focus is creating truth and stability in the family unit, to restore the family to God's original design.
