NIGHT AT THE PARK - April 7

Mark you calendars for Night at the Park! Everyone is welcome, join us at Texas Ave Park (17100 N Texas Ave, Webster, TX 77598.) April 7th from 4-7pm. It's the perfect setting to welcome the warmer weather and enjoy a delightful evening with your church family. We will have outdoor games, fun activities for kids, potluck food and pickleball! Plus it is a great opportunity to reach out to your family, friends and neighbors to join us for Night at The Park!  This is a potluck style meal and we would love for you to sign up and share what you are bringing.

We will be having our Sunday morning Easter service on March 31ST at 10AM We hope to see you there. 

Easter weekend is coming up and we are looking forward to our time together to worship and celebrate our risen Savior! The reality is that every day we get to celebrate Christ, but Easter weekend is special because more than any other time in the year we have more people and guests coming to church. We want to charge every one of us to Invite friends, family, believers, and unbelievers as we join together to celebrate the Risen King!

Join us for Good Friday service! We want to take time as a church and join together in communion and remembering the sacrifice Christ made to set us free. We will be having our Good Friday service on March 29th from 6:30-7:30PM. No kids ministry during this special one hour service. 

Spiritual Warfare Equipping

Join us March 25th from 7-9 at the church office in Pearland for an interactive workshop/equipping on Spiritual Warfare that will include some teaching, discussion, Q&A, and Bible study.  “For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.” - Ephesians 6:12 ESV.

In this time it is so important to be knowledgeable, prepared and walking with God to push back darkness and fight against the enemy at work around us. We hope you will join us for this training time together led by Billy Sieh. If you have any questions please email us at info@antiochhouston.com

ATS OPEN HOUSE: MARCH 24TH

• Join us for our ATS Open House on March 24th from 6-9pm. You will join this year's class and see what ATS is all about. We will have a time of announcements and a little bit of vision for what ATS is. We will spend time worshipping Jesus together and then we will hear from our very own Randy Rutledge as he teaches us what it means to be a "Culture of Honor." All-Antioch Leadership Gathering from 6:00-9:00 at the church office on Sunday, March 3rd from 6-9pm! This is for all current ATS students, former ATS students, lifegroup leaders, ministry leaders, elders, staff and spouses and is a set aside time to seek the lord and strengthen our unity

Earlier last year in a prayer time we sensed the Lord highlighting the word “muster” “Muster my people together.”  Our pastoral leadership team is excited to respond to this word in this next season by gathering the leadership of our church together every 4 to 6 weeks for an “ATS-type night” of vision, equipping, worship, prophetic ministry and leadership teachings.

This will be a time to come together and hear testimonies about what God is doing in our community. You’ll get to connect with other leaders in the church. We will have a time of worship and prayer together. We will spend some time talking about the Spiritual Gifts found in scripture and how to build up and edify those in your sphere of influence. We will talk about how to identify gifts in others within the body and how to help empower people to use those God given gifts to build up the church.

We hope to see you on there and we look forward to the stronger, more unified church leadership culture he has for us in the next season.

FOCUS MEETING - February 18th

• Join us Sunday, February 18th, immediately following the service from 11:45-1:30 for a focus meeting. Our goal is to have 3-4 of these a year to keep everyone informed on the health and life of our church. We will be gathering together to share some information, offer vision, and answer any questions you may have.

We invite you to be a part of what God is doing in the nations by joining us on an Impact This Spring and Summer. Getting out of your comfort zone, experiencing a new culture, and sharing the Gospel with people who have never heard will help you know and experience God's heart in a way that simply cannot happen from home. We believe these teams will make a significant impact on our teams on the ground, for those that go, and most of all on the Kingdom of God!

Sabbath Equipping

Join us Feb 12th from 7-9 at the church office in Pearland for an equipping with practicals of sabbath and how to sabbath well with Jesus. “The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath.” Mark 2:27. This biblical rest is a gift from God, it's not a list of what we can't do but what we get to do when we walk with God and enjoy his rest.

PRAYER RALLY!

To end our prayer and fasting we will join together for worship and prayer at ANTIOCH HOUSTON CHURCH from 6-7pm on Thursday, February 1ST! We look forward to seeing everyone as we get ready for a powerful weekend at World Mandate Houston 2024.

WOMENS MINISTRY EVENT - JAN 22ND

Join us for a women’s ministry event January 22 from 6:30-8:30pm at the church office. We want to take some time to recenter as we engage in daily life after the holidays and seek Jesus in the middle of a busy month. We will spend time in worship, prayer and looking at scripture together.

This night is for any woman in our church 18 and older! We hope you’ll join us as we seek Jesus and grow in community.

Reynosa, MX - Spring Break Trip. Deadline to apply is Jan 15th.

Jr High and High School students and families In March, we will be taking a student ministry family mission trip to Reynosa, Mexico! This trip is primarily for families with teenagers where we will be working alongside other Antioch Churches and serving in a wide variety of ways including service projects, evangelism, and worship. This will be a tremendous opportunity to expose your family to poverty while still keeping them safe AND meeting practical needs. What a great way to impact the Kingdom, the long term workers down there, and your family!!

• Trip Date: March 9th-12th (Spring Break Week)

• Location: Reynosa, Mexico (just a six-hour drive)

• Cost: Based on a group of 20 people = $1,100 (12 years and older); $780 (under 12) (the price would be cheaper the more people attend)

We are encouraged to have him come share with the hope of developing and re-catalyze our discipleship foundation as a church and as leaders.

CHRISTMAS EVE SERVICE

Come celebrate the birth of our Savior with family and friends. Sunday Morning, December 24th, we will have a special Christmas Eve Family Service at our regular morning service time 10am! (No Childrens ministry provided) All ages are welcome to attend this is a shortened one hour service, we will have elements for children throughout the service.

Join us for a night of fellowship and friendly competition the FIRST and THIRD Monday of each month! All experience levels are welcome and we will have several players dedicated to helping beginners learn the basic rules and skills of the game. Feel free to invite anyone you’d like! 

We will need as many extra paddles, outdoor balls, and portable nets as we can get, so please bring any and all of those items if you have them! You can also bring a lawn chair for yourself if you’d like to have a spot to sit between games. And, of course, bring plenty of water!
