CPX: Church Planting Exploratory course

CPX is a 10 week course designed for individuals and families who want to explore and develop their calling to plant churches overseas within the context of a nurturing, encouraging community.

In CPX you will be taught by current and former overseas church planters, learn the “why” behind God’s heart for missions, and process through topics such as team dynamics, strategy, family life on the field, and what your market place identity would look like. This course is not simply sitting and listening to speakers, but designed to be interactive and hands on. The Capstone Project is a large part of CPX, allowing you to work as a team to experience what church planting on a team is like. Each week, there will be 3-4 hours of homework.Classes will be on Monday nights from 6pm - 9pm at the church office from January 11th until March 27th. The cost of CPX is $150 per person/ $275 per couple due at the first class. *Childcare is the responsibility of the parent (s) and must take place off site. Subsidies and reimbursements are not available.CPX is a stand alone course that is also a prerequisite to apply for a church planting field staff position.

 The prerequisites for this course are as follows:

1. Successful completion of ATS

2. Active Antioch church member

3. Active Antioch Lifegroup Member
